摘 要
注射成型技术能够一次成型形状复杂的制件,具有成型周期短、生产效率高和尺寸精确的优点,注射模是当今模具行业中潜力最大的一种模具,本文为一个充电器外壳完成了其注射模的结构设计计算及3D设计。该模具采用一模两腔的型腔布局,总体结构设计为单分型面点浇口注射模,成型零部件采用整体嵌入式结构。模具设计过程中应用模具三维CAD技术,首先用SolidWorks软件完成塑料瓶盖产品的三维建模,然后用SolidWorks软件完成注射模的三维设计,最后绘制出模具的二维装配图和部分零件图。总体上,模具结构设计合理,计算简要,三维设计直观性强且易于实现模具CAM和数控加工,对该类产品的模具设计及制造有一定的借鉴意义。

The Injection Mold Design of a Electricity Charger Cover Based on CAD
Abstract

The use of a mold cavity of the two-mode cavity layout, the overall structure of the design surface for the single-point gate injection mold, molding components embedded using the whole structure. Mold design process the application of three-dimensional CAD technology, first used SolidWorks software products, plastic bottle three-dimensional modeling, and then use SolidWorks software to complete the three-dimensional injection mold design, mold the final draw of the two-dimensional assembly drawings and parts diagram. In general, the die structure design is reasonable to calculate a brief, three-dimensional design of intuitive and easy to achieve strong CAM and CNC machining molds, the products of the mold design and manufacture of a certain degree of reference.
