Abstract
Plastic industry is grows now one of quickest industry classes in the world, but casts the mold is development quick type, therefore, the research casts the mold to understand the plastic product the production process and improves the product quality to have the very big significance.
This paper present the design method of sealing plastic mold, through its structural form and materials of the injection molding process of the correct analysis, design a payment of a two-cavity mold plastic injection mold. According to the quality of parts and size of the preliminary selected models of injection machines, injection machine and a check of the relevant parameters, while the mold surface for the choice of cavity layout design, prototyping of key components such as type process core and cavity design and calculation of parameters.
