Abstract

In this paper, the study is to address the plastic pipe applications in engineering problems, This paper studies the electric hot-melt welder cabinet layout. Structure in the traditional electrical basis of your pushed into a newe,electrical cabinets to allow more convenience. Secondly, the hot-melt welder working on the design layout of the control panel to simplify the implementation of the operator a more intuitive operation, and aesthetics.
In this design of electrical cabinets.The electrical cabinet is divided into five through a variety of co-ordination arrangements.Placed the first layer of liquid crystal displays and printers.Place the second scend layer of control panel and the mouse, keyboard.Place the third layer of IPC.Placed the fouth of strong electrical control panel.Placed the fifth layer of weak control panel.Condsidering of taking on and off the electrical cabinet conveniently.So we use the drawer-type installation.We can change the layer spacing according to the need,becase the overall structure of the electrical cabinet is made of column with in-outside hole .
Finally, hot-melt welder to program the electronic control is also a little improvement, so that is a more mature technology of safe welding.
