Abstract
Loader is a kind of construction machinery widely used in many fields such as architecture, traffic, water and electricity, mine, national defense and so on. It plays an important role in accelerating the speed of engineering construction, lightening the labor intensity, improving the engineering quality and reducing the engineering costs.
The operating mechanism, a six-bar linkage that can accomplish to shovel and load and unload materials, is the key part of loader. The design level can directly affect the functions of the operating mechanism. Furthermore, the performance of the loader such as the efficiency, working quality and the economic target can be influenced indirectly. Based on the optimization methods and the computer program design, mechanism optimization design is an effective method to solve the complex design problem. During the period of product design, the motion simulation of the operating mechanism can examine the working rationality, validity, and the collision and interference among the components of the operating mechanism. Furthermore, the optimal selection of the whole design can be carried out through analyzing the motion simulation figures. Then, the construction and function of the product can be more perfect. Therefore, the optimization design and motion simulation of loader linkage have become the important contents of loader design.
