摘 要
电除尘器是一种烟气净化设备,它是一种机电一体化产品,它广泛地应用于火力发电,有色金属冶炼和制酸工业、造纸、建材等行业,随着环保事业的发展,电除尘器将得到越来越广泛的应用。
通过在电除尘器生产厂家的实习及以之作为背景进行毕业设计,参阅有关文献,搜集资料等方法,取得了对电除尘器设计的一定了解,如电除尘器的结构组成,选型,工作原理等等。设计的次序大致规律可分为从下往上,由内到外。按工程实际设计要求和电除尘器主体结构设计要求,在设计人员的指导下,查阅机械设计手册等工具书,借鉴其他成品图纸,进行板卧式电除尘器机械结构设计。本文对电除尘器的发展进行了一定的研究,总结了电除尘器的优点和缺点。本文主要介绍了电除尘器的机械结构组成和核心部件的设计过程,也列出了一台电除尘器的设计要求和引用的标准。最后总结了本次设计的创新点,对未来进行了展望。

Abstract
ESP(Electrostatic precipitator) is exhaust gas cleansing device. It is a kind of mechatronics production. The ESP is extensively applied for thermal power generation, non-ferrousmetalmetallurgy, acidindustry, papermaking, building materials industry etc. ESP will be more and more extensively applied as environmental protection industry is developing.
By practicing in a ESP manufacturers, referring to relevant literature, collecting data and other means, I have acquired an understanding of ESP. For example, the composition of the ESP, lectotype,principle etc. The order of the design has two laws: from the bottom to top and from inside to outside. According to require of engineering design and the design of ESP’s main part, I designed the plate-horizontal type ESP under the guidance of the designer, consulting other product drawings and the principle of design. The topic studies certainly about the development of the ESP, summarizes the merit and demerit. The topic mainly introduces the mechanical compose of the ESP and the process of main parts’design, also listing the requires of ESP dedign and quoted standards. At last , The topic has discussed the innovations and the future of development of ESP.
