Abstract
In this paper, the use of secondary UG6.0 helical gears reducer modeling to verify the feasibility of its design and the use of UG in the simulation of its motion simulation of a simple, intuitive process of reproduction transmission through theoretical calculations to verify the correct model or not. Finally, through the Ansys finite element analysis software on the drive gear complex stress distribution and deformation analysis of mechanism design to let the staff do not have the force of the gear to do a lot of calculation and research, will be able to master the
basic gear force and deformation, and can make use of finite element calculation results, identify weaknesses in design, thus improving the design of the gear for the purpose. In this chapter introduced two main helical gears reducer design process and the main strength checking theory in detail in Chapter III of the secondary reducer helical gears for motion simulation methods and process . Chapter IV introduces the finite element analysis methods and objectives.
