Abstract
This paper introduces the overall design of Appearance and mechanical transmission parts of Micro Pump by 3D software (Solid Edge). Without affecting the accuracy of product features and context to reduce costs as the core, to streamline the structure of products, and products for future production base established.
Thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the paper's introduction, introduces the development of micro-pump, application scenarios and the current market prospects, in order to determine the background of this design and purpose.
The second chapter analyzes the working principle of the micro-pump and technical requirements, to determine the overall design concept of micro-pump.
The third chapter describes the design of mechanical transmission parts, which included the selection of motor, drive mechanism and the transmission ratio to achieve the distribution of the overall layout of the mechanical part of the distribution and presentation of various parts.
Then the fourth chapter describes the single-channel micro-pump designs. Include the overall design of shape, size and internal structure of the definition of the layout and planning, as well as introduction of various functional plastic parts and the operation panel design.
The fifth chapter introduce single-channel micro pump plastic mold parts in the actual process encountered problems and solutions.
As the single-channel micro-pump design problems encountered, the sixth chapter mainly introduce the preliminary design for the next stage of the dual-channel micro-pump, the main purpose is to achieve a similar Outward appearance and in a way that make the two to form the same one series, and to provide the design ideas of the next three-channel and multi-channel.
