Abstract
This subject is to the design that is a vibration feeder for the cushion in the round chip of cold oil device of a kind of car. Having the characters of highly efficiency, structure simple, working stabilization and credibility, Mutual friction in the workplace is small and so on, the electromagnetism vibration feeder is a kind of material transfer device widely used in automatism manufacturing lines and automatism assembly systems. In the process of upper material, the orientation method such as being able to make use of baffle plate , breach or Biased be carried out on the part arranges.
This text has dissected the whole structure of the electromagnetic vibration hopper in an all-round way and it has introduced its operation principle and characteristic in detail and enumerated in all kinds of hoppers of different working occasions and carried on the corresponding classification at the same time. First of all, the design of a vibration plate is to determine the direction of the program, I analyze through the form of the internal cushion and get the result is that the Pad with a U-shaped overall, then I get the design of a set of reasonable separation of parts orientation program by using this feature, and block can be used to remove parts which are overlap and Interlacing , thus the cushion is passed one by one in making, and it adopt the saddle - shape slideway to realize the orientation of the parts finally. Then it has designed and confirmed each size of one of vibration according to the number value of concrete size of the interior cushion. And I utilize the detailed size of one of vibration to design each other organization of the electromagnetic vibration hopper rationally, and among them it mainly include supporting the physical dimension of hanging a inclination, board spring of the spring and electro-magnet external size, circles of design of counting and diameter,etc. of wire of coil of spring calculate spring . Finishing the design of other subsidiary spare parts finally. In the course of designing, I utilized solidworks software to go on the three-dimensional model while being global to electromagnetic vibration hopper and drew out its each basic part and overall installation diagram ,and led the three-dimensional part picture out as detailed CAD drawing through this software.
