摘要
塑料产品和塑料模具工业在当前国民经济中占据重要地位。本文为对纸巾盒进行了造型设计,并设计了盒体的注射模具。设计过程中主要利用UG和AutoCAD软件,充分发挥计算机辅助设计的优越性,实现了产品造型和模具设计。
本文首先分析塑件的结构工艺性,并利用UG完成了成型零部件的建模。然后,根据设计计算结果,在UG中完成了模具的推出机构、导向机构和结构零部件等的建模。最后利用AutoCAD绘制了该副模具的总体装配图和重要零件的零件图。总之,所设计的模具结构简单,机构运行可靠,所绘制的模具图纸对实际生产具有指导意义。

Abstract
Plastic products and plastic mold play an important role industry in the national economy. In this paper, tissue boxes were designed and conducted .the box of tissue boxes was designed an injection mold. UG and AutoCAD software were used to design model and design of injection die respectively. The superiority of computer-aided(CAD) design was given sufficient play to. Product modeling and mold design were achieved.
The structure of plastic parts was analyzed, and the forming of parts modeling was completed with UG. Then, according to the design results, the middle of the introduction of the mold, oriented institutions and structures, and other parts of the modeling were finished with UG. Finally, the mold of the general assembly and key components of the parts plans was drawn with AutoCAD. In short, the structure of is simple. Operation is reliable. Die design can guide practical production.
