In China, the technology is not very mature, so there is something difficult in the study of some ultra-high-power liquid viscous clutch. This technology has a wide range of application and prominent energy-saving effect, so viscous liquid transmission technology has a very promising prospect. This article focuses on the design of electro-hydraulic control system of Hydro-Viscous Drive. Firstly, it has an overall program design of electro-hydraulic control system of 400KW Hydro-Viscous Drive, including the oil-giving program, hydraulic pump-driven program identified, etc.; based on the above program identified, to map out the final hydraulic system schematic diagram of the subject, and then carry out a detailed analysis, computation and checking on the various components of hydraulic system, and has a structural design of each connector or transitional parts of this system.
