Abstract
With the rapid development of productive forces and the increasing degree of modernization,energy consumption increased dramatically,leading to energy crisisi and rising energy prices,making energy-saving has become one of the major technical issues which the world is facing today.
Hydro-viscous drive is a new type of transmission,which transmits power by the shearing of the oil film between two sets of friction disks,and has a wide applicaton prosepects in the high-power fans and pumps about speed and energy-saving.Hydro-viscous drive has many excellent advantages,for example high transmission efficientcy,fast response speed,high accuracy,high reliability,and prominent energy-saving effect at the most important,from these studying hydro-viscous drive has a far-reaching significance.
Guided carefully by my tutor Prof.Chen Ning and based on reading literatures and finging information online,the first I come to underatand the working principle,basic structure,system,functions as well as research overview at home and abroad about hydro-viscous;the second I study carefully the working principle of electro-hydraulic control system of hydro-viscous drive,its system structure and functions;the last by doing myself,asking the tutor what I don’t know and reading literatures,I design the active part of 400KW,1500rpm hydro-viscous,including carefully anylsising,calculating and checking the design and selection of parts.
