Abstract
This machine is a special machine.
Clutch disc is the main processing unit of the work-pieces . The clutch disc's diameter is within the 150 ~ 450 mm . This machine belongs to a category of Grinder. The accuracy of the machine is ± 1 0 μ m. Diamonds sand roller continuous grinding, grinding back first, there are three grinding head,the first and second is the rough grinding,the third is the finish grinding. Then, the clutch disc is automatically emancipated face into another piece of equipment to grinding positive.There are two grinding head,the first is the rough grinding,the second is the finish grinding. This design efforts to improve production line of mechanization and automation level to ensure production quality, maximize labor productivity, lower operating costs .
Machine design is divided into three major components . First, design the machine structure and the shape of the machine tool.Second,design grinder grinder and institutional adjustments.Third, design the machine transmission, transmission agency and its power equipment.
