The working of LiBr absorption chiller utilizing is lithium bromide aqueous solution.It is an alkaline strong corrosive medium.So the traditional libr absorption chiller has been difficult to solve the problem is heat exchanger and condenser,such as corrosion and capacity attenuation, short life, etc.On the other hand,the safe operation of bromine cooler which is corrosion formativing gas insoluble propose severe challenges.
This thesis is based on research of lithium bromide concentration, chosen the 55% LiBr, 60% LiBr, and the solution limit 65% LiBr.Then put the carbon steel, alloy, copper and other metal in lithium bromide aqueous solution,comparing various kinds of metal materials' corrosion resistance in lithium bromide aqueous solution.And the metal corrosion resistance,which is under different environment (such as vacuum, humidity, and concentration of lithium bromide solution).At last we will find the suitest material of lithium bromide solution.
