Abstract
This paper is about designing the the atmospheric gas burner applied to natural gas on the basis of the liquefied petroleum gas burner.
Through researching the relationship between the burner head and ejector to find that the burner head found in the same parameters of the situation is, in fact, the ejector the re-design.
In this paper, we use the best ejector structural parameters calculation method to calculate the size of burner ejector in the nozzle, suction tube contraction, the mixed and the diffuser. On this basis, re-calculation of the Export-fire flow rate of the two burner mouth, are both relatively close to the speed airflow, which means the new burner combustion is stable, and the design is feasible in theory. To get the original calculations of the gas burner ejector, on the basis of processing technology combined with the burner and requirements of the relevant data,with the data necessary changes to satisfy the requirements of the use of natural gas burner ejector.
Finally, according to the identified gas burner ejector to change the size of the fixed plate and the outlet etc. ,then to get the atmospheric gas burner design applicable to the completion.
