Abstract
The construction of high-rise building and multi-layered classroom building, and other major facilities is the trend of the times.However facilities are not at convenient region.So in the process of building construction ,the delivery of the mud will be the biggest problem, in order to solve this decisiveness issue so have this design.The design of the P-type plunger mud water (ash) pump is used for thermal power plant and other constructions, such as the long-range mud transportation. This set of equipment add a set of sprinkler system ,before the plunger enters the sealing throngh the installation of the fountain ring around the plunger to wash the mud on the face of the plunger ,effective in preventing mud particies into the plunger and sealing.so it is greatly reducing the attrition r of plunger and improving the life of the product and saving the cost. The design process used mechanical design principles to design the parts of the P-type pump, Rational distribution and Checked the strength of the parts. According to the original parameters, used fluid mechanical basis to determine the pump’s main parameters flow and lift,determine the diameter of the influent pipe and exports pipe, and determine the type of Matching motor.Used mechanical design principles and kinetic theory to motor coordination the implementing agencies, to achieve the desired effect.
