Abstract
Oil pump's function is delivers the machine oil the engine each friction spot, so that oil in the lubrication of road in the cycle in order to ensure that the engine be well lubricated. In the lubrication system so it is a force sent to the engine oil pump oil pan parts of device movement.
The internal combustion engine widely uses the gear type and the rotor type oil pump. Gear-type oil pump has simple structure, easy to process, reliable, long life, high pressure oil pump. Because China is still a large number of used gear oil pump, so the graduation project will not only gear type oil pump designed to deepen the use of mechanical parts design software, to expand their research on the actual production of knowledge and analysis to solve problems, improve independent thinking on the issue and learned in the classroom to consolidate the theoretical knowledge and theory with practice and enhance their overall quality of replication, and will be more familiar with the gear-type oil pump structure of the improvement in depth research and development.
