Abstract
This paper presents a study of more power source Press intelligent fault-tolerant control methods,which mechanical presses of the efficient energy-saving hydraulic presses and the excellent control characteristics will be combined and provide high-performance, high-efficiency power control system.In the work of the press,electrical and hydraulic system of parameters is uncertain,and changed slowly with the temperature and, working hours and working environment changed.Studying nonlinear control strategy which the motor, mechanical energy storage devices and hydraulic systems can be controled by more power source.
Although the press manufacturing technology achieved a certain standard,because dynamic press principle and control technique lagged,as a result,big tonnage,high-accuracy,high-effect, fleetness press machine also have to rely on imports. The project research aims at changing the aspect that domestic press machine driving force navar stagnates gravely late than the lead plane from the headstream,and it has the broad a prospect and notable economic effect.
