摘要
条形码技术是迄今为止最经济、实用的一种自动识别技术,发展到现在已普遍应用到生活中了。平常最为常见的超市售货系统,图书馆借书系统都是条形码技术的一种应用,但是这些系统都有一个比较明显的特征,无论商品还是图书都是一些小件,人们一只手就能轻易拿起。但是当对于家具这类大件物体呢?恐怕就是两只手也是难以搬动的。这时候对家具类的大件物体可有两种解决方法。一是采用无线扫描枪,但是扫描枪的距离只有几十米,对于家具企业来说,他们拥有多个仓库,而相互之间的距离有几百米都是常事。第二种就是结合目前渐渐成熟的PDA(Person Digital Assistant,通常被称作掌上电脑,也被译作个人数字小助手),将系统分成两部分,主机(普通PC机)进行基本管理和大部分操作,PDA进行出入库扫描,而两者则可以通过RDA(远程数据同步)方式进行数据同步,这就是基于RDA的条码管理系统。
基于RDA的条码管理系统充分利用了条形码技术经济高效准确性以及PDA的灵活性,解决了普通管理系统人工输入出错概率大,效率低而扫描枪无法大范围移动的缺点,极大的方便和提高了企业的工作效率,使得企业更快更好的向着数据化,规范化,流程化发展。

ABSTRACT
Bar code technology is the most economical, practical an automatic identification technology by far, It has widely applied to life. the most common bar code technology applications are supermarket sales system and books system. but the systems have a relatively obvious characteristics that regardless of the commodities or the books are small and some people hand can easily picked up by one hand. But when it is too large to Two hands is afraid is to move. There are has two kinds of methods to solve them. One is to adopt wireless scanning gun, but only a few tens of scanning distance. For furniture enterprises, they have several warehouses, and the distance between hundreds of meters is common. The second is the combining matured PDA (Digital Assistant, also is the personal Digital Assistant) small band, system is divided into two parts, the host (ordinary PC) and the most basic management, PDA, both for scanning can through the RDA (remote data synchronization method for data synchronization, which is based on the RDA barcode management system.
The bar code management system based on the RDA fully utilize the technology and economic efficiency of the bar code and accuracy of the flexibility of PDA .By this way, it solves the problem of common management system that input error probability of artificial, low efficiency and scanning gun can range of movement, convenient and improve the efficiency of the enterprises, and makes the enterprise faster, better toward standardization, the development of digital and routing.
