ABSTRACT
Although many modern management methods, but there is a basic clue is very clear that the management process of human knowledge and understanding deepened. Performance management is a kind of people-oriented, the people's own development as organizational goals and a new management philosophy. The rapid development of information technology, performance review needs more information. To achieve this goal, we need a more complete functional performance management system to achieve. This system is developed using C # as the background database to SQL2005 a staff performance management system. Implements user authentication login, add new employees, employee information maintenance, work planning, staff add and view the log, leave management, attendance management module. The system was developed to enable effective and efficient business management of human and material resources. This paper describes the background of Performance Management System, C # and SQL2005 development tools, performance management system design ideas, focusing on function modules, database design and development, and system interface design and flow chart.
