摘要
传统的薪资管理方法存在着许多的不足和缺陷,其效率往往比较低,而且很容易出错。
本论文重点论述了企业薪资管理系统的组成和每个模块的功能。设计薪资管理信息系统主要从模块组成、数据库连接、功能实现、应用意义等方面着手。模块组成包括本系统的主要组成模块以及每个模块所要达到的功能。工资管理的每个模块都脱离不了数据,所以在进行数据库设计的时候,要充分考虑数据的高效,减少数据冗余,保证系统的运行速度。
本论文最后论述了用VB与SQL Server 2000编写工资管理信息系统的设计过程。设计过程主要以上面的分析的重点作为依据。首先进行基础数据的采集,然后进行工资的核算等。在朝这个思想靠近的过程中,在许多少的细节上还存在着很多的不足。

ABSTRACT
The traditional compensation management has many drawbacks and deficiencies. It is obvious that its efficiency is quite low and it is easy to make errors.
The essay focuses on the components of the compensation management system and functions of each module. The designing of the compensation management system starts from the components of modules, database connection, implementation of functions, application significance. Modules consist of the main components of the system modules and each module function to be achieved. The compensation management system can’t exist without data. Therefore, it is quite important to give full consideration to the efficiency and reducing data redundancy to ensure the speed of the system.
The essay finally states the designing process of compensation management system with Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000. The basis of designing process depends on the analysis above. The first step is to collect data, and then the next step is accounting the wages. On my way to the final goal, there still exist many deficiencies in details designing.
