区域污染物控制子系统的分析与设计
摘  要

 改革开放以来我国经济飞速的发展，但在经济发展的同时环境问题也日益突出。进入21世纪以后，国家不断加强对环境问题的监管力度，并把污染物总量控制纳入国家经济发展规划。在这种情况下，我国各省市都在积极研发用于环境控制的信息管理系统，实现对环境信息的信息化管理。
 珠海市污染物总量控制系统信息系统区域污染物控制子系统，是一个用于对珠海市各区域环境信息实现信息化管理的信息管理系统。它的主要功能是管理珠海市各区域的环境数据，实现对各区域污染物总量分配管理，通过统计区域企业排污台帐，区域环境统计数据，实现对各区域污染物排放情况的动态监测。
 本系统采用面向对象的分析与设计方式进行分析与设计，采用JAVA主流框架技术SSH框架实现。通过SSH框架的整合，实现经典的MVC开发模式，这样有效提高了系统的可扩展性，可维护性。

ABSTRACT

 Since reform and open policy our country economy rapid development, but day by day is also prominent while economic development's environment question. After the 21st century, the country strengthens unceasingly to the environment question supervision dynamics, and integrates the pollutant total quantity control the state economy development project. In this case, our country various provinces and cities positively are researching and developing use in the environmental control the information management system, realizes to the environmental information informationization management. 
 The ZhuHai pollutant total quantity control system information system region pollutant control subsystem, is one uses to the ZhuHai various regions environmental information realizes the informationization management information management system. Its major function is manages ZhuHai various regions the environmental data, realizes to various regions pollutant total quantity assignment management, through counts the region enterprise to dump pollutants the Taiwan account, the region environment statistical data, realizes to the various regions pollutant discharge situation dynamic monitor.
 The system uses the object-oriented analysis and the design way carries on the analysis and the design, uses JAVA the mainstream frame technology SSH frame to realize. Through the SSH frame's conformity, realizes the classics MVC development pattern to carry on the development, enhanced system's extendibility like this effectively, the maintainability.
