Put forward in several decades into the commercial activities of women in the role more and more large, and then a detailed analysis of women in the commercial activity of an active role, including the women in commercial activities insist the idea of win-win cooperation, taking into account short and long-term strategic decision-making, management in the tendency to avoid risks and flexible management model, they play the impact on the commercial activities.
