It transforms the patterns of our daily work, as a result, business office evolves from the traditional mode to the office automation mode. Modern office automation does not only include the circulation of documents, the retrieva l of documents, real-time office work, information processing, but also include decision support systems, collaboration working and so on. The theory and practice of OA gains strident development in intelligent context.
We decide to use SSH framework and MySql database technology and choose the MyEclipse 6.5 as developing tools to implement the design of office automation system. The office automation system includes the scheduling module, the working log module, SMS management module, announcement management module, address book management module and conference management module.
