Procurement management system of SME
Abstract
By understanding and analysis of small and medium enterprises procurement status,，combined with existing enterprise procurement system and with the purpose of learning, simplifies system，gets the model of the basic process of procurement management system, designed and developed the SMEs procurement management system. Using the tools and technologies related to major: Eclipse，tomcat，Jsp，WebWork，Spring，MySQL， Dreamweaver8，PowerDesigner，Microsoft visio。The system is mainly have two functions module such as Basic Management and Systems Management. The basic management module mainly have functions of User Operation and Rights Management and Distribution，results to build a foundation platform for the system。The management system module mainly have functions of Supplier Management，Materials Management and Procurement Management, results to conveniences the super manager，merchandiser，and other relevant staff manager the supplier and items canonically and simulation the actual procurement processes，while providing a purchase order，receiving and other procurement-related statements of print. This article focuses on the system design and development of ideas and related technologies, introduced the main functions of systems and the key technologies.
