Abstract: This paper mainly studies the influence of chemical composition on bamboo pulp yield, and the data obtained by laboratory experiments. The materials are the Waste of Phyllostachys pubescens from bamboo curtain factory cutout and fresh Phyllostachys pubescens. The bamboo’s moisture, ash, benzene - alcohol and lignin content are analyed in laboratory. By comparison, the lignin content of Waste of Phyllostachys pubescens is 0.426 percentage points higher than fresh Phyllostachys pubescens, but the Holo-cellulos content in fresh Phyllostachys pubescens is 4.4 percentage points lower. In this experiment, we use the Kraft pulping cooking. The pulp obtained after cooking is made into pulp board, then measure the pulp yield and Kappa number.Through the comprehensive analysis of the data, bamboo pulp of lignin and content on the slurry ratio, also can draw the leftover material is abandoned old bamboo pulp &paper direction in certain value, but it is not suitable for producing high-grade paper, but can be used in the whiteness paper for daily use.
