The research for old newsprint deinking technology
Abstract: Due to the issues of resource, environment and energy, the second fiber has become an important source of fiber in the pulp and paper industry. And the deinking process ,as one of the key technologies of waste paper recycling, has also become a hotspot for research. A number of printed paper has about 2% ink(mass fraction),when these waste paper are used as raw material, it is important to remove the ink, so the old newsprint deinking technology has become the key to make good use of waste paper. The research and development of various deinking agent are developing with an ever-increasing pace, especially the biotechnology revolution, it promotes the status of enzymes in deinking, bleaching and other areas of pulp and paper.
The main contents of this study is the deinking of old newspaper with the biological enzyme deinking agent, and explore the deinking effect in different deinking technology, in order to get the best bio-enzyme deinking technology by comparing the whiteness, the amount of residual ink ERIC, tensile strength and tear strength of paper. Experiments showed, when it comes to enzyme dosage, reaction temperature, the concentration, flotation time, it is the best time for them to become 0.1%, 50℃, 10% and 10min for each, we can get the highest whiteness of paper. When compared to the chemical method, the results were close. However, the bio-enzymatic method without chemicals produces low pollution. It has been proved that the bio-enzyme deinking can be used in the production of deinked pulp, and the role of cleaner production is clear, it lays the foundation for the promotion in the future.
