A Priliminary Study on hydrolysis and extract the products of Tea Residue
Abstract: With the development of tea industry, there were a large number of tea residue appear in our daily life. The optimize conditions of dilute acid hydrolysis was researched to deal with the problem. On the basis of single factor experiments, the combined effects of temperature, dilute-acid concentration, water - solid ratio were investigated and optimized using RSM. The optimum conditions were as follows: reducing sugar’s are reaction temperature 120℃, reaction time 60min, dilute-acid concentration 3%,water - solid ratio 8.1g/L;pentose’s are reaction temperature 120℃, reaction time 60min, dilute-acid concentration 3%,water - solid ratio 13g/100ml.
