Abstract: The components of printing and dyeing wastewater is complicated, contain a variety of dyes, deep chromaticity, strong toxic, hard-degradation, pH fluctuations, and high concentration, large amount of water, is difficult to treat. Commonly used treatment can be classified into physical, chemical and biological methods, the membrane separation technology for the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater has good selectivity, high production efficiency, the equipment is simple, convenient operation, no phase and energy saving, etc[1]. Has the potential application prospect in printing and dyeing wastewater treatment.
Through the electrochemical and membrane integration technology treatment dyeing and printing wastewater, compare the advantages and disadvantages of various combination process, work out one combination process has the feasibility and stable operation. After the treatment make the printing and dyeing wastewater to achieve reuses requirements, and used in manufacturing or discharge of water. The conclusion shows the craft (EC+UF+ED+RO namely wastewater pretreatment by electrochemical and ultrafiltration, then desalination by electrodialysis, into reverse osmosis deep treatment when conductivity in 10000μs/cm) comply with the requirements which have advanced technology; the maneuverability is strong and stable operation. After processing COD≤180 mg/l, chromaticity≤0.1 mg/l, pH is 6.5 to 8, conductivity≤1000μs/cm.
