Abstract:
With the development of economic and improvement of diet,the d-emand for animal products is increasing.Animal veterinary medicine have an effect on reducing morbidity,improving feeding efficiency,pr-omoting growth and improving production quality.However,due to mi-smanagement and driven by economic interests,a large number of vet-erinary drugs are added to animal feed,resulting veterinary drug resid-ues with different levels,causing badly health hazards to consumers.T-he most important detection method used in this paper is the ELISE,which by using appropriate pre-processing, react in the Kits,detect thedrug residues of dry pork.The main testing contains the residues of clenbuterolchloramphenicol,furazolidone and furaltadone.As furaltadoneand furazolidone are susceptible to metabolism,so while dealing with these drugs used in the analysis the metabolites of this drug which is called AOZ and AMOZ. The results show,these 20 samples of ap-proved veterinary drug residues in pork are standard,the phenomenon of residues more than the standard haven't appeared.
