Study On Preparation Of
Sodium-Iron-Chlorophylln From Silkworm Feces
Abstract: In this thesis, we studied preparation of natural water-soluble Sodium-Iron-Chlorophylln with silkworm excrement from ilkworm. And we studied the optimal conditions of a number of major processes which were extraction, saponification and Iron substitution. In chlorophyll extraction processes, we made Single-factor experiments about some factors which were radiation time, extraction temperature, extraction time, extract dosage. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition was radiation 90s, 60℃, 35ml 95% ethanol(to 5g silkworm excrement as the standard), and 60℃ water bath. In saponification process(the volume ratio of Chlorophyll paste with NaOH solution is 4:1), we made orthogonal about three factors which were base amount, saponification temperature and saponification time. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition is 5.0% NaOH solution, 50min of saponification and 60℃ water bath. In Iron substitution process(the volume ratio of Saponification solution with 10% FeSO4 solution is 4:1), we made orthogonal about three factors which were pH value, temperature and Iron substitution time. The results showed that the optimum extraction condition was pH value 3, 60min of Iron substitution time and 60℃ water bath.
