A study on the re-use of food waste
Abstract: This paper studied the food waste oil extraction methods, as well as food waste into the initial conditions of ethanol fermentation. This project collected through food waste composition analysis of food waste oil recovery process as well as the time for the glycosylation study on the fermentation medium ratio of raw materials, to swill oil, add cellulase, inoculum for the fermentation of alcohol has been the impact of, and conducted experiments to enlarge. The results showed that: food waste heated to 100 ℃, 4000 centrifuge for 25 minutes to make the largest amount of oil, grease extraction rate of 91.18 %, the best saccharification time of 35 minutes, the ratio of raw materials as follows: corn flour 28g, swill 25g, when the water 47ml the highest yield of alcohol, alcohol content 9.1%, to increase oil output after the alcohol, the alcohol content reached 10.37 %, its adding in the 0.05% cellulose ethanol production when the highest alcohol content reached 10.77%, against 12% of alcohol production of the highest alcohol content reached 13.07 %, the best zoom in Experiment 1, alcohol production reached 12.2%.
