摘 要

 随着我国人民经济生活水平的不断提高，移动电话超常发展。这也使得移动网络忙于建设期，从而移动网存在大量的规划管理与优化需求。移动电话数量的飞速发展，尤其是近几年农村中移动用户的增长，使得原有初期建设的网络面临了一定的难题。目前在很多农村地区，网络的问题困扰越来越明显。这既影响了工作办事效率也影响了移动电话在农村市场的发展。种种问题的发生，加上用户对网络质量需求的不断增加，网络优化显得尤其重要。
 网络优化工作是指“对正式投入运行的网络进行参数采集、数据分析，找出影响网络质量的原因并通过参数调整和其他技术手段，使网络达到最佳运行状态，使现有网络资源获得最佳效益，同时对网络今后的维护及规划建设提出合理建议” 的过程，它贯穿于网络的整个生命期。
 本论文分析了邵阳地区GSM无线移动通信网络发展现状，通过对网络监测，收集系统运营过程中各种动态的参数和统计数据，对网络进行评估，从而修改和调整网络的配置及参数，旨在提高网络运行质量，保证运营部门能以经济的投入获得较高的收益。

The Optimization Of Countryside Wireless Communication Network
ABSTRACT
 As the developing of our country people's economic lives, mobile phone develop superiorly. This also causes the mobile network to be busy with construction period, thus the mobile network need massive programs manage and the demand of optimization. The quantity of mobile phone develop swiftly, particularly the last few years, the countryside mobile users's growth, make the original period construction of the network faced a certain hard. At present in many countryside areas, the problem harassment of network is getting more and more obvious. This since affected the work efficiency also affected the development of mobile phone in the rural market. The occurrence of various problems, and the users increase to the demand of network quality continuously, the optimization network appears especially important.
 The network optimization work refers to the process of carrying on parameter gathering, the data analysis in the network which formally throws in movement, find out the reason which influence network's quality and through the parameter adjustment and other technique means, make enables the network to achieve the best running status, make the existing network resource to obtain the best benefit, In the meantime we have to give the reasonable suggestion about the future network supporting and reasonable plans , it pierce through a period with the whole life of the network.
 In this thesis, the existing state of ShaoYang GSM digital mobile communication network is to be analyzed. The system is to be eva luated by monitoring the network and collecting all kinds of the dynamic parameters and statistic data of the operating system. And then, the configuration and parameters of network are modified and adjusted. The purpose is to increase the network quality and ensure that the business department obtains more gains by less spending.
