THE STUDY ON CCTV-2 FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF TV CHANNEL PROFESSION
ABSTRACT:From last August 24th to now, some profound changes have been experienced by the Finance Channel, or maybe it would be called the “staged pain”. These changes are some new adjustment what is to better development and the way to more professional for the relations of production. With the more than half year experience, the audience share of the Finance Channel, CCTV-2, looks like slipped, but it is means the new CCTV-2 is more pure in fact. The strength of the Finance Channel’s brand would play a greater role. The Objective achieved Preliminary; however, there is still a long way to go. With four words to sum up the mutation last year, that is “adjustment, improvement, enrichment and enhancement”. “Adjustment”, obviously, some programs were ended, some of them were transferred, and some of them were created. “Improvement” is reflected in each program. “Enhancement” also is reflected in each program and item. The audience rating was down to the 0.6 percent, 0.7 percent, and went back to the 1 percent, as the same time, it is kept in that level, so hard it is.
