【Abstract】
School image has great influence on the development of a school. A good school image could enhance the quality of education and management,as well as create a good environment for the development of school. It is of great practical significance to research on school image shaping for enhancing the standard of school management and of education.
The high school attached to Tsinghua University is a key school in Beijing which is affiliated to the ministry of education and the first batch of demonstrating high schools in Beijing. Recently, the school image is good in general, and its school image is well accepted by the public. However, it did not achieve the integration of popularity and esteem due to the lack of systematical and complete school image shaping.
Consequently,it is necessary to research comprehensively and systematically on the image shaping of the high school attached to Tsinghua university. This thesis discusses the target of image shaping and the fundamental principles of TAMS according to the theory of CIS respectively analyses, the status quo of the high school attached to Tsinghua university image form MI(mind identity), BI(behavior identity)and VI(visual identity). The scheme of image shaping includes how to reconstruct school values, school behavior and school environment. Furthermore,to achieve the goal of school image shaping, it is indispensable to enhance the features of management and intensify the publicity of school, as well as optimize its social network. All the above factors fulfilled, the goal of school image shaping will be achieved.
