盛信公司销售物流现状及改进研究
摘要：
21世纪是大物流、大流通的时代。在这样的时代背景下，企业将面临更为激烈的竞争环境，如何有效地应对竞争，真正让企业基业常青，是每个管理者不得不思考的现实问题。近年来，家具市场的竞争愈演愈烈，从春秋到战国的巨大演变也在所难免。在这种情势之下，家具市场营销要想在市场洗牌之战中立于不败之地，从而在白热化的竞争中脱颖而出，必须突破传统模式，不断创新和改进，营销战略升级已是势在必行。如果不能很好地组织企业的销售物流，企业产品出现滞销或脱销现象，企业物流系统功能将无法实现，产品的劳动价值无法得以补偿和实现。因此，企业销售物流是现代企业物流研究和改进的重点。
本文以盛信公司为研究对象，从理论论述、存在问题分析和解决措施研究三个层面对盛信公司的销售物流进行了研究与探讨。
本文首先介绍了物流相关理论，.包括销售预测、销售功能、销售物流的管理、物流客户服务、第三方物流、库存管理等理论。其次介绍了盛信公司的基本情况，分析公司销售物流的现状及其存在问题。最后，运用相关的物流理论，根据盛信公司实际，提出销售物流系统进行改进的指导原则和改进策略，分别对公司销售额、组织规划、库存管理、客户服务水平、运输管理等进行了改进。在库存管理中运用ABC分类的分析方法。本文还结合产品生命周期、客户关系管理和基于时间的竞争策略，提出相应的物流服务策略。
