JF超市配送管理的问题与对策

摘  要:从现代物流的角度来看，配送管理是一种新兴的生产与运作组织管理形式，是有效消除商品的时间距离和空间距离的物质基础，是对供应商、制造商、销售商和最终用户之间的物质流、信息流和资金流进行有效地管理，以实现低成本、高效率生产经营的重要载体。JF超市是汕头市供销系统改制以后新成立的连锁超市，是汕头市供销商会副会长企业，主要从事各类消费品的连锁经营与配送。2011年是全面建设更高水平小康社会的提速之年，是汕头市发挥村公共服务中心作用促进年，农村消费品连锁超市建设的推进，将进一步改善农村消费环境。在此机遇下，如何做大做强，JF超市面临着不少亟待解决的问题，尤其是提升配送中心配送管理水平，是当务之急。

目前JF超市物流配送的管理体系存在着一些问题，这些问题制约着JF超市的物流配送业务的发展，本文通过对JF超市的配送管理现状的分析，深入探究JF超市配送管理方面存在的问题，进而找出问题产生的根源，最终针对这些问题，提出具有实践意义的建议对策，希望能以此来使JF超市配送管理水平得到全面提高。

Abstract: From the point of view of modern logistics, distribution management is a new form of production management and operation organization, is the material basis of goods the time and distance to eliminate effectively, is between suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and end users of the material flow, information flow and capital flow, effective management, to implementation of low cost, high efficiency of production and management of the important carrier. French supermarket is Shantou supply system restructuring after the new supermarket chain, is vice president of the Shantou chamber of commerce enterprise supply chain management and logistics distribution, mainly engaged in all kinds of consumer goods. 2011 is the comprehensive construction well-off society of higher level speed, is the city of Shantou to play in the village public service center to promote the years, rural consumer goods supermarket chain construction, will further improve the consumption environment in rural areas. In this opportunity, how to become bigger and stronger, and supermarket is facing many problems to be solved, especially enhance the distribution center and distribution management level, is a pressing matter of the moment.

At present home supermarket logistics distribution management system has many problems, these problems restrict the development of homemade supermarket logistics distribution business, the article analyzes the present situation of distribution management and supermarket, in-depth research and existing home supermarket distribution management problems, and then find out the root causes of problems, and ultimately to solve these problems, propose practical countermeasures, hoping to help the supermarket distribution management and improve the level.
