With the continuous development of modern market economy, talent competition has become an important force for the growth and development of enterprises. The traditional way of talent evaluation is difficult to meet the needs of modern enterprise development. Human resources management must be innovated to achieve the goal of real people. Talent quality evaluation is a set of talent selection measurement system developed by integrated management science, psychology, computer science and other disciplines. It mainly measures and quantifies individual knowledge level, personality characteristics, development potential and other aspects to provide a basis for enterprise personnel selection. This paper analyses the application of talent quality assessment in modern human resource management through a comprehensive description.
