This article will give a brief introduction of the geographical location and economic background of TianYuan tower and make a description of competition situation of the local hotel as well as the opportunities and challenges which Tianyuan tower face in the development. Meanwhile, it will discourse the research content and methods, analyze the competitive situation and development tendency faced by the local hotel. Following will discourse the training and its theory systemic which provides a theoretical basis for building a staff training system framework of TianYuan tower. And then, brief introduction of the hotel staff training types and trends,for the proposed countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for Tianyuan tower. In front of the theoretical basis and practical research,the text analyzes the training status and it’s inadequate of TianYuan tower's staffs training. Based on the research mentioned above, the paper will emphasize on discuss the training management and give some feasibility advices from the actual needs of the training, combined with various theoretical and ideological training. Finally, the thesis described the innovation and the key points of the training management system mentioned in this thesis.
The author hopes that the research of this thesis can provide effective theory and ideas for establishing an effective training management system for TianYuan tower, even the whole hotel industry.
