 摘要：本文在详尽解读《正义论》的基础上，对我国当前的社会问题提出了自己的意见。同时针对西方马克思主义者对罗尔斯公平正义理论本身及其应用的主要批判，试图揭示“公平正义理论”的内在矛盾。

 Abstract: This article exhaustively gives impressions of after-reading about Rolles’s <A theory of justice>. In the foundation, it gives its own comment to our country current society problems. Simultaneously aims at the western Marxist to Rolles ‘the theory of fair and justice’ itself and its the application,it gives main critique. At last, it attempts to promulgates "the theory of fair and justice" inherent contradictions.
