Abstract: Print printer nozzle is one of the most important component in today, we optimize the printer, the print heads when the top priority of the optimization, how to improve the use of print nozzles, stability and maneuverability is now the main research subject. This experiment is the use of computer simulation software (FLUENT), the ink on the print nozzles to simulate the flow. In this paper, ink within the nozzle flow, using FLUENT their numerical simulations of spatial and temporal distribution of pressure and speed, analysis of different factors on the flow of ink, printing ink in the print nozzles of the flow pattern, nozzle design to optimize the print reference . This article reads as follows: (1) Use of pre-processing software GAMBIT & FLUENT's powerful modeling capabilities and mesh capability, the establishment of three-dimensional model of the print nozzles and meshing; (2) The use of ink in the literature experimental data, simulated using FLUENT, the pressure within the nozzle obtained distribution and velocity distribution, to provide data to optimize nozzle support.
