Abstract
The granule energy in the low-temperature plasma generally approximately is several to several dozens electron volts, being bigger than the key energy of the polymer material(several to several electron volts), definitely may rupture the chemical bond of organic macro-molecule and form a new bond. Simultaneously, the granule energy in the low temperature plasma far lower than the high energy radioactive beam, so it only involves the material surface but does not affect the basic properties. This paper is to understand the nature, characteristic, superficial modified principle of the low-temperature plasma technology, and summary the developments of the low temperature plasma technology and reviwe the fiber surface modification by means of the low-temperature plasma technology.
