Abstract
When the metal film thickness is less than or equal to penetration depth of the electromagnetic wave, its reflectance, transmittance will changed dramatically. Therefore, the study of metal nano-thin film on the electromagnetic wave emission and transmission for basic research and practical applications are very important. This study is the metal film transmission rate and the relationship between film thickness is smaller than the wavelength of the film thickness (both nanometer thickness) in the case of this formula with Hadley, effective medium models Maxell-Garnett formula reflective nano-metal films , transmission and absorption and the thickness of the relationship, and using the above method of metal nano-copper thin at the wavelength of 600nm and metal nano-Au films when the wavelength of 532nm at the time of transmittance with film thickness, and drew out its curves , based on metal films under visible light transmission rate of the experimental data with the thickness of the modified theory.
