Abstract
Compared with traditional light sources,Semiconductor light source have the advantages of energy-saving, high efficiency, small size, long life, fast response and low driving voltage. For the white LED lighting with its die size increased and the increase in power consumption,there is some unique problems in packaging technology. White LED package must consider the impact of multiple factors,which thermal conditions and color stability and uniformity are the main factors. There are a number of ways To solve the problem, as long as the appropriate choice of packaging materials, and improve the existing structure of the device. Semiconductor light source is a solid source of new lighting. Special control of high-power LED technology could solve the heat and color problem. Under appropriate conditions, the chip can be controlled at 75 degrees below.It can expand the life of LED.
