摘 要
海面油膜厚度测量对保护海洋环境有重要的意义,利用激光三角法对油膜厚度进行测量,有非接触、精度高等优点。文章中采用差分式垂直入射激光三角法进行测量,并保证测量范围:0.1mm~10mm,测量精度:0.01mm;详细分析了垂直入射激光三角法的物像关系、如何保证测量范围和测量精度;模拟设计了测量系统的总体结构、激光准直光学系统、成像光学系统,并对成像质量作了简要的分析。结果表明,所设计的光学系统能够较好地满足测量范围和测量精度的要求。

Abstract
The oil film thickness measurement of the sea has important significance to protect the marine environment. There are many advantages such as non-contact, high precision of using laser triangulation to measure the thickness of the film. In the text, make use of differential vertical incident laser triangulation measurement and ensure the measurement range: 0.1mm ~ 10mm, the measurement accuracy: 0.01mm . Gave detail analysis of object-image relations and how to ensure the accuracy and measurement range of the vertical incident laser triangulation. Simulating design the overall structure of measurement system, laser collimator optical system, imaging optical system, and make a brief analysis of the image quality. The results show that the optical system can satisfy the demand of measurement range and measurement accuracy.
