摘 要: 本论文按照RAFT试剂的结构特点,结合已有的环三硫酯的合成方法(相转移剂法和阴离子交换树脂法),设计并合成了一种未见报道的新型环三硫代碳酸酯DPDTT。
首先在钠和乙醚的存在下,溴苯和1,4-二溴丁烷发生加成反应生成1,4-二苯基丁烷A。其次A与NBS(N-溴代丁二酰亚胺)、在BPO(过氧化二苯甲酰)和四氯化碳存在下反应生成1,4-二溴-1,4二苯基丁烷B。最后利用相转移催化剂法,B在相转移催化剂四正丁基硫酸氢铵的催化下反应生成目标产物DPDTT。
中间产物用A和B用1H-NMR谱进行表征,目标产物利用1H-NMR谱、13C-NMR谱、红外光谱、质谱和元素分析进行表征测试。

Abstract:In this paper, we report the synthesis of novel cyclic trithiocarbonate DPDTT, based on the characteristics of structure of RAFT agent, combining with methods of synthesis of cyclic trithiocarbonates (methods of phase-transfer agent and anion-exchange resin).
First, 1,4-diphenyibutane can be obtained by bromobenzene and 1,4-diphenylbutane at the present of natrium and diethyl ether A.Then 1,4-dibromo-1,4-diphentlbutane can be obtained by A and NBS at the existence of BPO and tetrachloro methane B. We use the phase transfer catalyst to prepare DPDTT: Tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate ( TBAS) as phase-transfer agent.
The products A and B are characterized by 1H-NMR; the aim product is characterized by 1H-NMR、13C-NMR、 infrared absorption spectrum、mass spectra and elemental analyses.
