Abstract: 3-amino-3-methyl-1-butyne is an important chemical intermediates, which can be used for pesticides, fungicides, herbicides and other chemical production areas. In recent years, the continuous development of chemical technology and progress, the demand for the products is also on the rise.
First, this thesis describes today's world general situation of the herbicide. We make sure that it is important, necessary to develop Propyzamide's intermediate 3-amino-3-methyl-1-butyne.
Secondly, reading a lot of literature, the paper summarize and devise some main routes to prepare 3-amino-3-methyl-1-butyne. According to the possibility of synthesis, with mechanism of each chemical reaction, selected the route with 3-o1-3-methyl-1-butyne as the raw materials. With a lot of work done, the paper have get the 3-amino-3-methyl-1-butyne the route. And then explore its factors affecting, and then get the optimum range.
