摘  要

当代国家经济的发展依靠先进企业文化建设，一个企业的发展情况也深受企业文化建设的影响。建筑企业只能通过逐步加快业务模式的转变，提高企业管理者的能力和企业文化建设的要求来应对不断增加的模式，不断拓展的覆盖区域和客户需求日益扩大的市场环境

本文的主要的研究内容包含了以下几个方面：第一，深刻研究和讨论J建筑工程公司的外部环境和企业文化建设存在的问题。首先，对于J建筑工程公司所面临省内的外部经济环境和山西省文化内涵进行研究讨论。其次，分析J建筑工程公司的发展概况和发展过程中存在的问题。再次，了解企业文化建设现状，J建筑工程公司在企业文化建设的物质层面、行为层面、制度层面和精神层面存在的问题通过访谈和调查问卷结合企业外部环境、企业现状进行深度分析。第二，从企业文化的物质、行为、制度和精神四个层次对J建筑工程公司企业文化建设提出政策建议和实施方案以及具体保障措施。

Abstract

The development of contemporary national economy depends on the construction of advanced enterprise culture, and the development of an enterprise is also deeply influenced by the construction of enterprise culture. Construction enterprises can only cope with the increasing mode, expanding coverage area and expanding market environment of customers by gradually accelerating the transformation of business model, improving the ability of enterprise managers and the requirements of corporate culture construction

The main research content of this paper includes the following aspects: first, deep research and discussion of the external environment and corporate culture construction of J construction engineering company. First of all, the external economic environment and the cultural connotation of Shanxi province that J construction engineering company faces are studied and discussed. Secondly, it analyzes the development situation and problems of J construction engineering company. Thirdly, understand the current situation of corporate culture construction, J construction engineering company in the material level, behavior level, system level and spiritual level of corporate culture construction problems through interviews and questionnaires combined with the external environment of the enterprise, enterprise status for in-depth analysis. Second, from the four levels of material, behavior, system and spirit of corporate culture, this paper puts forward policy suggestions, implementation plans and specific safeguard measures for corporate culture construction of J construction engineering company.
