摘  要

企业文化是公司软实力的重要体现，能够对公司的发展产生很大的影响，因此越来越多的企业开始重视企业文化建设，这关乎着员工的价值观与企业的运营管理。从目前企业在企业文化的建设效果来看，效果非常显著，因此对企业文化的建设已经成为了企业发展过程中面临的主要问题。本文将以T公司为研究对象，首先对企业文化建设的背景进行简单的介绍，其次对T公司相关情况以及企业文化建设的现状进行阐述，接着基于T公司企业文化建设现状的基础上找出T公司企业文化建设存在的问题，并提出改善提升方案。希望能够为T公司以及其他企业在企业文化建设提供一定的借鉴。

Abstract

Corporate culture is an important embodiment of the company's soft power, which can have a great impact on the development of the company. Therefore, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the construction of corporate culture, which is related to the values of employees and the operation and management of enterprises. From the current corporate culture construction effect, the effect is very significant, so the construction of corporate culture has become the main problem in the process of enterprise development. This paper will take T company as the research object. Firstly, the background of corporate culture construction is briefly introduced. Secondly, the relevant situation of T company and the current situation of corporate culture construction are described. Then, based on the current situation of corporate culture construction of T company, the existing problems of corporate culture construction of T company are found out and the improvement scheme is put forward. Hope to provide some reference for T company and other enterprises in corporate culture construction.
