In recent years, the number of college graduates is increasing gradually, the phenomenon of labor surplus is serious, college graduates are facing more and more employment pressure, the employment problem of college students is serious, but the opposite phenomenon also plagues the government, enterprises and college students themselves, that is, the higher turnover rate of new college students. New employees of college students are the fresh blood of enterprises. They have new ideas, strong momentum, and are indispensable talents.
