In the environment of the intense competition in the social talent market, there is the loss of the small business employee as one of the important factors which suppress the long-term development of small business.This article analyzes the relevant survey data of the employee turnover of Shenzhen X Company and finds that its internal employees are losing a lot and the turnover rate shows a rising trend. The main reasons for this are the unmet personal expectations, unscientific pay and incentive systems, and backwardness in the construction of corporate culture. At the same time, problems such as increased costs, leakage of trade secrets, and damage to the reputation of the company have been caused. The causes and problems are to build a reasonable salary management system, establish a scientific security system, attach importance to cultural construction and employment policies and measures, improve the human resource management level of small and medium-sized enterprises, and prevent the loss of employees in large enterprises
